Join us on Saturday, August 8, 2026 for the Brew Run 5k to the Narragansett Brewery an exciting event that features an awesome course paired with excellent local craft beer provided by Narragansett Brewery. Whether you are a competitive Runner, Fun Runner, Walker, or just enjoy excellent local craft beer this is the event for you! The 5K Run/Walk kicks off at 10:00am.

COURSE MAP
This beautiful 2 lap course starts and finishes at India Point Park directly across from Narragansett Brewery. It is a fast and flat paved course, but most importantly features a refreshing craft beer at the finish line to celebrate!

Charity
We are excited to announce that the local charity partner for this event is the Joe Andruzzi Foundation.
The Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing help, hope, and a reason to smile, for New England cancer patients and their families by contributing financial support when it is needed most.
Because patients and families must often devote all of their energy and resources towards battling the disease, the Foundation helps alleviate financial and emotional stress by providing grants to assist with rent/mortgage payments, utilities, and other household expenses. This relief allows the Foundation’s grant recipients to focus on their fight against cancer and not on the financial distress that comes with it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do SPECTATORS need to register? NO, spectators are welcomed to attend. If you are not participating in the 5k you do not need to register for the event but parking is tight so we do suggest car pooling!
Is this a timed race? Am I allowed to walk? Yes all participants are timed, and absolutely walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate!
Can I bring my kids? Strollers? Pets? Yes - this is a kid, pet, and stroller friendly event. We ask that only Adults over 21yrs old with an ID enter the beer garden... and our security guards are also asked to make sure to help remind people :-)
Is this a rain or shine event? Yes, this is a rain or shine event but we can guarantee is that there will be beer!
Is this a fun run? Are there trophy’s or prizes for the top finishers? Top 3 finishers in each age group receive an award (9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 and over). But everyone wins at this race compliments of Narragansett Brewery providing the real prize at the finish line!
Are dogs allowed? Dogs are allowed in outside spaces but only services dogs are allowed inside the brewery!

Can I Participate Virtually?
Absolutely! We have been getting many inquiries about virtual participation and have integrated a virtual option into our regular registration.
Please feel free to register through the regular registration link above and you can either:
1) Pick up packet during packet pickup or on the day of the race, but run on your own (hint: any beer tickets are still good if you use this strategy)
2) Contact us at any time to switch to the Brew Run Virtual Race and we'll ship your packet (There will be a shipping and handling charge for this option per person)
Also, if you intend on running, but later change your mind and would like to do either of these options, that's ok too! If you are definitely going to have us ship your packet and run virtually though, we do recommend you follow the instructions below:
1). Go to runsignup.com/profile and log into your account.
2). Click on "Manage Registration" next to this race.
3). On the next page click on transfer to another race and choose the Brew Run Virtual Race.
