The 14th Annual Boxer Brief 5K will be held at City Stadium, Home to the Richmond Kickers. Start time is 8:15am and the course begins and ends within the Stadium complex. A high energy event which includes music, costumes, vendors, games, and awards. 

If you live outside the Richmond, Virginia area and do not plan to travel to the onsite event, consider joining us through the Virtual Challenge. Join the cross country movement and help to save buns anywhere under the sun.

Come early to have your children participate in the Caped Colon Crusader fun run for children six and under, or the Toddler Trot for our new running toddlers, or the Diaper Dash for our smallest competitors. Registration for these free activities will be online and onsite on race day.

The Virtual Challenge gives participants the opportunity to collect miles all weekend. No time is necessary, just log your miles participating in various activities. Walk, run, paddle, swim, bike, golf, even dink - it all counts!

The DIAPER DASH returns! The competition for our littlest athletes will make you cheer and chuckle. Enter your child under the age of one for the Dash competition. Your child will compete on the professional Richmond Kicker's soccer field along the signature Dash mat-track prior to the 5K start. All little participants will "race" by crawling four yards towards the glory of winning their first race! There is NO charge for the Dash; however, we do ask for a small donation if you feel moved. The Diaper Dash begins at 8:00 AM.

The Toddler Trot is a hit! We cannot ignore the children ages one and two. The toddlers will race 20 yards down the field along the professional soccer field (weather permitting) towards the finish line. Fans will cheer them on as they participate in their first running competition. There is NO charge for the Trot; however, we do ask for a small donation if you feel moved. The Toddler Trot will begin immediately after the Diaper Dash at 8:00am.

The popular Caped Colon Crusader kid’s fun run is back! Children under the age of six are encouraged to wear their favorite cape and show how fierce and fast they are as they sprint towards the finish line. There is NO charge for the sprint; however, we do ask for a small donation if you feel moved. The Caped Colon Crusader fun run begins at 7:45 AM near the press box inside City Stadium.
