In consideration of my acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees do hereby release and forever discharge the Lakota Optimist Club, the officials, administrators, and all sponsors and individuals assisting in the presentation of Run for Youth from all claims of damages, demands & actions whatsoever in any manner or growing out of my participation in the event. I hereby attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this race, that I assume those risks, that I assume and pay my own medical expenses and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness, or other capacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses. I attest that I am physically fit & sufficiently trained to participate in this race. I grant The Lakota Optimist Club permission to use photos & video taken of me or my child on race day for advertising of the race in future years. This may include social media and distribution of images to potential participants.
