In consideration for the acceptance of this entry, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the City of Macedonia, Hermes Sports & Events, their representatives, administrators, employees, agents, and volunteers or any persons, organizations, or sponsors involved with the Macedonia SummerFest 5K and related activities. I understand that there is an inherent risk involved in all activities and that the City of Macedonia, employees and members, Hermes Sports & Events, and event sponsors cannot be held responsible in case of unforeseen accidents. I agree to permit use of my name and/or pictures in any printed account or advertising of this event.
