In consideration of the acceptance of this entry in the East Newton Lions Club 5-K run/walk to be held July 6, 2024, the undersigned, hereby waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for myself, my heirs and executors against the East Newton Lions Club; Old Mining Town Days Committee or any of its affiliates, agents, servants and officers; the City of Granby and its agents; and any other persons and entities associated with the running event, from any and all injury, illness or damage which may directly or indirectly result from participation in the run/walk.
