This program is designed for runners looking to run their first 5K or to run a 5K after taking a break from running. For runners looking to improve their 5K time, we recommend that you sign up for the 10K program. The goal race will be the Dallas BMW 5k on Saturday, December 14th 2024 though you may train for a different race.
