Waiver

In consideration of accepting this reservation for the 2024 New York City Marathon Bus, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any rights and claims for damages I may have against the Essex Running Club, Fleet Feet Montclair, their members and any volunteers for any injuries suffered by me or personal property damage incurred in connection with the said event.

Further, I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable and non transferable. All registrations are final and there are no refunds.

If I have any objections to this waiver, I understand that I need to make them in writing to the Essex Running Club.
