In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the sponsors, organizers, coordinating groups and individuals associated with this event and will hold them harm-less from any injury suffered at said race/walk. WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED. For safety reasons, children age 8 or younger running in the 5K must be accompanied by an adult to participate.
