As a participant or as a parent or guardian of a minor participating in activities sponsored by Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) or using any facilities of the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department (PBCPR), I hereby waive any claim against CHS, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (PBCBCC), KidStride Run Club and/or the 5K timing company and their agents, servants, and employees hereafter arising from injuries to said participant (including minors in strollers), which said injury is sustained while upon said facilities, participation in said activities or being transported there from or thereto, regardless of whether such injury is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the agents, servants, or employees of  CHS or the PBCBCC or KidStride Run Club or the 5K timing company, and I do covenant to indemnify, hold harmless and defend CHS and PBCBCC or KidStride Run Club or the 5K timing company, their agents, servants and employees from any claim, damages or demand hereafter made based upon the negligence of CHS or PBCBCC or KidStride Run Club or the 5K timing company. or by the negligence of the agents, servants or employees of  CHS or PBCBCC or KidStride Run Club or the 5K timing company.  I also agree that I/my child will participate according to the rules/regulations established for this activity/program. All participants agree to allow CHS the usage of their image or likeness in promotional materials.
