In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignUp.com, Trumbull Board of Ed., MS Running Productions, Club CT, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I promise not to complain about the weather or anything else for that matter to the race director who is working his butt off for me. Additionally I will not complain about My aches or pains, I'll have a good time & say thanks to the sponsors & volunteers & think about volunteering myself this year. AND if I draw a small picture of a cow patty with my name on a piece of paper and give it to the race director before the awards I will be enrolled in an unforgettable give away that will be the highlight of the day, maybe.

I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver. So help me God (unless I am an atheist). And I promise to volunteer for an MSRP event very soon.

I understand it is ILLEGAL to give my bib/registration to anyone else or to let anyone else use mine. Doing so will void all waivers and all claims I or the illegal entrant might have against this event or its directors or charities.

Consistent with industry standards there are no refunds if this event is cancelled because of weather conditions, problems at the facility, emergency action, etc. Additionally no refunds if you forgot you were going away that weekend and your spouse/significant other/complete stranger wants you with them, or if you're slightly injured, or worse...You could still come and volunteer, pick up your shirt & swag, have a good time, and feel great.

And if you don't think it was worth the drive we will cheerfully refund your money, someday...
