EARLY VOLUNTEER TIME

6:30AM - 9:00AM

We’ll need help with set up, passing out race packets to runners, helping runners safely cross streets, and handing out medals.

You’ll get your exact assignment on race day, when you show up, as to what we need you to do. In the meantime, our race director, Laura, will email you a couple times before race day with more details and reminders.

It is preferred you have a car in case you’re needed to drive out to a location on the course. However, if you do not have a car to use, we can definitely still use your help at the venue!

Each early volunteer will receive a 75% OFF race code to use on our future events. (If you can stay for an additional hour (until 10am), you'll get a 100% OFF race code instead. Just email Laura at info@racepaceutah.com if that's something you're interested in! ).

MID VOLUNTEER TIME

8:30AM - 10:30AM

We’ll need help with helping runners safely cross streets, handing out age group awards, and handing out medals.

You’ll get your exact assignment on race day, when you show up, as to what we need you to do. In the meantime, our race director, Laura, will email you a couple times before race day with more details and reminders.

It is preferred you have a car in case you’re needed to drive out to a location on the course. However, if you do not have a car to use, we can definitely still use your help at the venue!

Each mid time volunteer will receive a 60% OFF race code to use on our future events. (If you can stay for an additional hour (until 11:30am or arrive at 7:30am), you'll get a 100% OFF race code instead. Just email Laura at info@racepaceutah.com if that's something you're interested in! ).

LATE VOLUNTEER TIME

10:00AM - 12:30AM

You’ll get your exact assignment on race day, when you show up, as to what we need you to do. In the meantime, our race director, Laura, will email you a couple times before race day with more details and reminders.

It is preferred you have a car in case you’re needed to drive out to a location on the course. However, if you do not have a car to use, we can definitely still use your help at the venue!
