WAIVER STATEMENT

I fully understand and appreciate that my participation in the above event, The Fairfax Egg Run, entails certain risks due to the challenging and strenuous nature of this physical activity. I represent to the Town of Fairfax Parks & Recreation Department that I have no current medical condition or other health limitation that would put me at risk for participating in this activity. In consideration for my acceptance as a participant in the above event, I freely and knowingly assume all the inherent risks associated with it. I accept full responsibility for any and all injuries that may occur as result of my participation in this physical activity. I therefore release, hold harmless, waive, and covenant not to sue the Town of Fairfax, its officers, employees, and agents for the following: all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind including, but not limited to, all claims or liabilities for bodily injury or illness, theft or loss, or damage to my personal property.

In this regard, I represent to the Town of Fairfax.
