By agreeing to this event's waiver, the participant agrees to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and New Jersey Department of Health guidelines and rules/regulations to help lower the risk of COVID-19 exposure and reduce the spread. 

I agree at the time of the event, that I am in good health and am not feeling/exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.  If at the time of the event, I feel any symptoms, I will NOT participate as a precaution and agree to forfeit  my registration fee. 

Participants agree hold harmless the Raritan Valley Road Runners, its officials, officers, agents, servants, representatives, contractors and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, fees, damages, judgments, penalties, costs or expenses of every kind and nature arising in any way whatsoever from the accidental or negligent exposure of participants to COVID-19 or any other communicable illness.  Such indemnification and/or hold harmless obligation shall extend not only to any damages but to costs and expenses of litigation, including, but not limited to, expenses and fees in connection with the engagement or utilization of any fact or expert witnesses, court costs and attorneys’ fees.
