In consideration of my entry being accepted, intending to be legally bound, I do hereby myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive release and forever discharge any and all rights for claims and demands which may have and may hereafter accrue to me against Club Connecticut and New Canaan Parks & Recreation Dept., Town of New Canaan, RRCA and any other sponsor, co-sponsors participants, officers or members, race director and/or agents, damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my association with or entry in the event. I certify that I am trained and physically capable to run the distance. I hereby give the race officials my consent to pull me from this race for my safety or the safety of other runners.

The undersigned acknowledges and understands that exposure to disease causing organisms, such as COVID-19, and personal contact with others, including but not limited to participants, non-participants, organizers, volunteers, onlookers and other individuals in the race course involves a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, permanent disability or death. The undersigned acknowledges that the organizers have not screened or tested any of the aforementioned individuals for such diseases. After fully and carefully considering all the potential risks involved, I hereby assume the same and agree to release and hold-harmless the organizers and their employees, officers, agents, volunteers, vendors and contractors from and against all claims and liability resulting from exposure to disease causing organisms such as COVID-19.
