In consideration of your accepting my registration for the CRR Boston Marathon Bus, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, waive and release Colonial Road Runners, Academy Bus, the Road Runners Club of America, the Boston Marathon, their members, volunteers, agents, and employees, and any other individuals or organizations associated with this activity, from all claims or liabilities of any kind for any and all injuries to me or my personal property arising out of my participation in this activity, including the potential for the contraction of a communicable disease, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.  I recognize, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my name, voice, and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, video or audio recordings, print or electronic publications, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes.  

By submitting this entry, I (or a parent/adult guardian for a person under 18 years of age) acknowledge having read and agreed to the above release and waiver.
