In consideration of your accepting my entry, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release forever any and all rights and claims or damages I may accrue against the Loogootee Summer Fest Committee, the city of Loogootee, the Optimist Club, the K of C Ladies Auxiliary, the race chairman, and the race sponsors, for any and all injuries suffered by me while participating in the 5K Loogootee Summer Fest Run or Fun Walk on Saturday June 22, 2024.
