I hereby acknowledge that by entering the Super 5k, I waive any and all claims for damages that I may have against Hermes Sports and Events, Superheroes to Kids in Ohio, the City of Avon, promoters, sponsors and all others involved in the production of this race, in connection with any and all injuries suffered by me while running, traveling to and/or from, or by participating in this event. I give my full permission to Hermes Sports & Events and their sponsors and corporate partners to use any photographs, videotapes, audiotapes or other recordings of me that are made during the course of this event. This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, executors and/or assignees.
