Waiver and Release of Liability

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event organized by YWCA Northeast Indiana. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless YWCA Northeast Indiana, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the event.
2. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless YWCA Northeast Indiana, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the event.
3. Photographic Release: I hereby grant YWCA Northeast Indiana the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose and in any manner or medium, including social media and websites, without my inspection or approval, and without compensation to me.
4. Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness during my participation in the event, I authorize YWCA Northeast Indiana to secure and administer medical treatment deemed necessary for my well-being.
5. Binding Agreement: I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be binding.

By signing this Waiver and Release of Liability, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand its contents, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
