In-Person Event Participation Waiver
In consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the GO! St. Louis, Endurance Marketing Inc., Camp Wyman or any sponsor, contributor, charity or other individual who is related to this event and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all claims or liability of any kind arising out of my training for and/or participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons and entities named in this waiver. I agree to abide by any decision of any medical or event personnel, relative to my ability to safely participate in the event. I assume all risks associated with participating in these events for February 28-March 2, 2025 including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic and the conditions of the road. I attest and verify that I will participate in this weekend of events as an entrant, that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. My physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. I hereby grant the Medical Director of GO! St. Louis and his/her agents, affiliates and designees, access to medical records (and physicians) as needed and authorizes medical treatment as needed. It is understood and agreed that I hereby assume liability for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of training for and/or participation in this event, including but not limited to ambulance transport, hospital stays, physician and pharmaceutical goods and services. I acknowledge that the entry fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to subsequent event dates or other persons. I acknowledge and agree that GO! St. Louis, in its sole discretion, may delay or cancel the Event and refunds will not be issued. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the aforementioned parties to use my name, likeness and voice, as well as any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose.

In addition, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and/or other communicable diseases by participating in this event. I acknowledge that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event and personally assume this risk. I agree that I wilI comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread of the virus while attending the event and further agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations for the prevention of the spread of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and other communicable diseases, and I attest to having read the CDC’s guidance at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html. I assume all such risks being known, appreciated, and accepted by me.

I understand that this event does not provide for refunds for any reason including an event cancellation, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund for any reason including if the event is cancelled before or during the event.
