In consideration of accepting this reservation for the 2025 New York City Half Marathon Bus, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any rights and claims for damages I may have against the Essex Running Club, Fleet Feet Montclair, their members and any volunteers for any injuries suffered by me or personal property damage incurred in connection with the said event.

Further, I understand that my registration fee is nonrefundable and non transferable. All registrations are final and there are no refunds.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
