INTO THE LIGHT - SUNRISE 5K

Join us for Into the Light, a sunrise 5K at Richland Creek Greenway in Nashville! Start your day with an inspiring run or walk, connect with a community of like-minded people, and celebrate mental health awareness. Whether you’re an early riser, a passionate runner, or simply looking for a meaningful way to support the cause, this event is for you. Come be part of a morning full of hope, connection, and positive energy as the sun rises over the park.

We are thrilled with the excitement for Into the Light 5K. Participants who register after Thursday Feb 26, 2026 will have their race t-shirts mailed after the 5K. Please include your shipping address!

Early Bird - Before Feb 1: $30 (18 and under), $40 (adult)

Standard - After Feb 1: $40 (18 and under), $50 (18+)

Free pizza & drinks provided. RSVP required.

Fleet Feet In Store Pickup, Green Hills Location, 10 am - 12 pm on 2/21 or 2/28

Parking available in lots at McCabe Comunity Center and surrounding street parking.
