Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. In the event the race should be canceled for any reason, refunds will not be made as proceeds will benefit the Dolphin Foundation for Education and Arts. If canceled, all registrants will receive goody bags and t-shirts at a location to be determined. Information will be on the race website at www.gulfshoresal.gov/halloween and will also be emailed to registrants. By registering for this race, you are agreeing to this policy.

Cancellation: Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event, with special attention placed on lightning, heavy rain, and high winds. Announcements on weather will be made on the Recreation Division Facebook page @GulfShoresRec and via email. Visible lightning will cause the race to be postponed in increments of 30 minutes. If it is felt that it is unsafe for participants, the race may be canceled. The event does NOT get canceled due to rain only. Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason.
