I understand that participation in the Barracks Legend Fun Run & Walk of Honor involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather conditions, traffic, road and surface conditions, dehydration, and other risks associated with running or walking.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these inherent risks. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and understand that I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me.

To the extent permitted by law, I agree to release and hold harmless the Barracks Legend Foundation, its officers, directors, volunteers, event partners, sponsors, and participating venues from claims arising from the ordinary inherent risks of my voluntary participation, except where such release is prohibited by law.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if reasonably necessary and understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses.

I also understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event and may be used by the Barracks Legend Foundation for event documentation and promotional purposes.

By agreeing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
