RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Ishpeming Turkey Trot on November 26, 2020, the undersigned hereby:
1. Acknowledges that there are dangers and risk of injuries in this activity and assumes risk of the same.
2. Assumes full responsibility of injury, death, or any other type of damage or loss occurring to himself/herself or any minor child accompanying him or her.
3. RELEASES GO GET OUTSIDE, Gauthier Insurance, the City of Ishpeming, the City of Negaunee, the Ishpeming School District, and the Iron Ore Heritage Recreation Authority, their officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers, from any and all liability to the undersigned or any minor child accompanying the undersigned, resulting from or in any way related to their participation in the Ishpeming Turkey Trot.
4. Agrees to DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY the released parties from any and all losses or damages, including attorney fees, which any of the released parties may incur related to, or arising from, the undersigned’s (or any accompanying minor’s) participation in the Ishpeming Turkey Trot.
