I hereby release the Norwalk Holidazzle, Rails to Trails Marathon, any volunteers, all municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel, and other sponsoring companies, agencies, or individuals from responsibility for any losses,injury or damages I may suffer as a result of my involvement in this event. I hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved with this event and that I am in good physical condition and able to safely complete this event. I will additionally permit the use of my name and picture in publications, broadcasts, telecasts, videos, etc. I understand the entry fee is non-refundable and numbers are nontransferable.
