In consideration of my participation in the Leprechaun Run, I assume complete responsibility for any injury to me or damage to my property that may occur during the event or while I am participating. I hereby release and hold harmless Dyck Arboretum of the Plains, its employees and any other race sponsors. I understand that risk is involved with participation and fully assume that risk. I also grant permission for use of any photographs, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for publicity.
