Take on the BB5K, a certified 3.1-mile course for runners and walkers of all experience levels!

The race starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 11:15 AM.

The course has a strict 75-minute time limit to ensure participant safety and meet traffic control requirements. Participants who do not anticipate finishing within the stated time limit are encouraged to register for the 1-Mile Brain Bolt Survivor Course instead.

The Brain Bolt Survivor Course is a 1 mile event created to honor and celebrate survivors of traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

The event begins at 10:00 AM.

Designed for those who may not be able to complete the full 5K, this course offers an opportunity for survivors, friends, family members and supporters to participate in race day together.
