The Registration Fee includes the cost of your unique 2024 Ostomy Awareness Day, Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k T-Shirt and Bib plus shipping and handling. Registrations received after September 6th are not guaranteed their t-shirt size or availability. 

By choosing this event you will receive a custom Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k Bib, which will mailed to you prior to October 5th, 2024 so you will receive the Bib in time to celebrate Ostomy Awareness Day!

Registrations received by Friday, September 25th at 12 Noon Eastern Time will receive their Bib in the mail, via USPS. After September 25, the Bib will be emailed to you. Registration will close on Friday, October 4th at 12 Noon EST.

This event will be hosted at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 2255 Lake Emma Road in Lake Mary, FL. Following the run/walk, there will be breakfast & snacks as well as social time.

Description
The Phoenix, Arizona Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 in celebration of Ostomy Awareness Day.

Race Course
The run will take place on the Arizona Canal behind OHSO Eatery, 4900 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ.  The route will proceed east along the canal, past Waterfall Park and return to OHSO Eatery where it he race will end and we will begin our celebration.

Parking
There is ample parking at the restaurant and the medical building.
