Online pre-registration is closed. Onsite registration will be available Friday, August 8th from 3-7pm and Saturday, August 9th from 7:30 - 8:30am. Onsite registration will take place at the Filipino Festival located at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 8200 Woodman Rd, Henrico VA.
