The race day schedule is tentative and subject to change. If any changes are made to the published schedule we will notify all registered participants via email. 

• 6:30a - Race morning packet pickup begins.

• 7:20a - Pre-race announcements & National Anthem

• 7:30a - 5k / 10k / Nearly Half mass start begins. PLEASE NOTE: In order to be eligible for awards you must be part of the mass start. Once the chute clears we will begin the rolling start.

• 7:45a to 9:00a - 5k / 10k rolling start. PLEASE NOTE: Relax and start the race anytime you'd like between 7:45a and 9a. If you take advantage of the rolling start, you are not eligible for awards and you must be able to complete the distance by the course cutoff. 

• 8:30a - 5k Awards Ceremony begins.

• 8:45a - Race morning packet pickup ends.

• 9:00a - 10k Awards Ceremony begins.

• 9:30a - Family 1 Mile Run/Walk begins.

• 9:45a - Nearly Half Awards Ceremony begins.

• 10:00a - COURSE CUTOFF (all runners must be off the course)

• 11:00a - Event concludes, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
