Pheidippides Challenge

Woo hoo! Pheidippides has reached Sparta, where he asks King Leonidas for the Spartans' assistance in battling the Persians at Marathon. The outnumbered Athenians could really use the Spartans help in defeating the Persian Army. The Spartans want to help but are in the midst of the religious festival of Carneia and can't break the law- they will have to wait until the full moon, six days from now. Pheidippides turns back and begins his trek back to the Athenian Army to tell them of the news.
