A short distance inland and with about 20% of your tour complete, we enter Eugene OR, home of Ninkasi Brewing. The OCR crew had a hell of a time settling on which of their excellent beers to highlight, however, after a long run, it’s hard to pass on the juicy Prismatic IPA.
