LOCATION & TIMES:
Saturday:
Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad, 2 Mount Lucas Road, Princeton
Park @ Rescue Squad, we will be working inside to distribute bibs and shirts
Packet pickup runs from 9 to 11 AM so plan on arriving by 8:45 and leaving at 11:15.
Sunday:
Jasna Polana. Please look at a map for location as you must enter the golf course from the 206 entrance, not the Province Line Road entrance.
Park in the main lot which is across from where registration check in will be taking place.
Please arrive at 7 AM so we can welcome participants @ 7:15 AM.
Your job will be done by 8:30 when the race starts but you will not be able to leave as the parking lot is enclosed by the course.
Plan on staying until 9:30. (Please let me know if you’d like another role after packet pickup as we can always use people on the course)
DETAILS:
You will be the first to greet participants providing them with their race bib and shirt.
In advance of your arrival, please download an app detailed in the below PDF to check people in with your cell phone. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know so I can assign you the role of supporting our front-line check in people.
