Bridge2Bridge, known by our family of return participants as "B2B" is more than a race...it’s a celebration of community, purpose, and fun in the heart of Historic Georgetown, SC. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a first-time participant, or a spirited supporter, this annual event brings people together from near and far to run, walk, and connect.
Whether you're in it for the sights, the bridges, or the challenge this race is an experience you won’t forget. Each route of the Bridge2Bridge Run is intentionally designed to show off the scenic charm and historic gems of Georgetown County, starting at the iconic Rice Museum Clock Tower and winding past waterfront views, historic homes, and landmarks.
Race Guidelines
Staying on Pace:
We don't anticipate any delays to the race start, but in the event of an unforeseen delay, please note that the 10-mile and 12-mile cutoff times will remain the same and will not be adjusted.
Walkers are encouraged to register for the 5K or 12K. If you choose to walk the 12K and fall behind the required pace, you will be picked up by the sag wagon for safety.
Strollers are welcome in the 5K, but must start from the back of the starting line.
Pets are not allowed.
Mandatory Cutoff Times:
12K or Half Marathon:
4 Miles - 8:00 AM (If you arrive here after the cutoff, you will be turned around and switched to the 12K.)
6.5 Miles - 8:38 AM
10 Miles - 9:30 AM
12 Miles - 10:00 AM

Refunds, Transfers & Referrals
We understand that plans can change. Please review our registration policy below before registering.
Refunds
All race registrations are non-refundable. To help protect your registration, we encourage participants to purchase the optional Race Insurance offered during checkout. Depending on the circumstances, race insurance may reimburse your registration fee for eligible covered events.
Deferrals
No race deferrals. As a fundraiser for Friendship Place, registration fees directly support our mission and are non-transferable.
Important Deadline
All transfer requests must be submitted by February 13, 2027. Unfortunately, we are unable to process transfers after this date. Race transfers are only permitted between race distances. Registrations may not be transferred to another participant.
