Description
The 46th annual Greenville Track Club Run Downtown 5K will be held on the third Saturday of January, and is one of the oldest, largest and most popular 5K runs in the state.

Starting line
The purpose of the group starts is to relieve congestion in the early minute or two of the race. All placements and awards are based on chip time, including overall awards. Groups will be based on the following estimated chip finish times:
20:00
20:00 to 30:00
30:00 to 40:00
40:00 or more
All participants should plan to cross the finish line no later than 9:30.
