Join us for the first annual Shoe Science Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning! Before the turkey, the pie, and the football games, come out and move your feet with friends, family, and fellow community members.

This event is all about fun, fitness, and community—it is not a race. There will be:
✅ No timing or official results
✅ No race bibs
✅ No competitive pressure—just a casual morning trot to celebrate the holiday!
We’ll have a 5K (3.1 mile) course that starts and finishes right at Shoe Science on Main Street. Runners, walkers, strollers, and families are all welcome. Feel free to dress festive—turkeys, pilgrims, and Thanksgiving-themed costumes encouraged!

Important Notes
This is a participate at your own risk event. Roads will be open to traffic. We will have limited volunteers at some key intersections, but not every crossing will be staffed. Please use caution and be aware of vehicles.
With the event taking place on Thanksgiving morning, traffic is expected to be light, but safety is each participant’s responsibility.

Stick around at Shoe Science for light refreshments, community cheer, and a chance to kick off your Thanksgiving Day on the right foot!
