Join Chef Kieshe "Kie" Simmons as she hosts us for a virtual cooking class with her own recipe twists!
This live virtual class will provide guided, step-by-step instructions on how to prepare an amazing chef-inspired meal. You will learn side-by-side with others in this interactive learning experience.
Menu for a single serving
Appetizer: Gombey Salad with homemade mint dressing
Main Course: Grilled Snapper with Pineapple Salsa and herb-roasted sweet potatoes, with broccoli or asparagus (of your choosing)
Registrants will receive the full menu and the ingredients list, after completed registration and payment. Class participants can substitute items as they choose if there is an allergy or food sensitivity concern. Please be sure to purchase the menu ingredients in adequate time for the event.
Technology Requirements
All you need is a laptop or tablet, with video and audio capabilities so that you can interact and engage with your chef instructor. Be sure to place your device in a safe location in your kitchen.
Participants will also receive the Zoom link with their completed registration and payment confirmation.
