Kappa Delta Shamrock 5K Run/Walk

The Delta Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Delta at Tennessee Tech University will host its 2nd annual Shamrock n' Run 5K on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. on Tennessee Tech's campus. Shamrock is a national program to raise money and awareness for Prevent Child Abuse America.

20% of the funds collected will go towards the national philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America, and 80% of the proceeds stay in the community and is donated to our local child abuse prevention agency, Nurture the next. Prevent Child Abuse America has the mission to prevent child abuse and neglect in our nation's children by providing services and programs that focus on an array of steps that will lead to a child growing and developing in a healthy and successful way.

Packet Pick Up - Saturday:
Packet pick up is going to be on the day of the race. 

*** In order to allow more funds to go towards our cause, we are not having a timing company. We encourage you if you would like to track your time please wear a watch. There will be a big clock at the start and finish line! We hope you understand!

Race Day - Saturday 

Packet Pick Up/ Participation Waiver: 7:30 am - 8:45 am

Fee: $40

Time: 9 a.m. Central Time

Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Female. Winners will be announced on Saturday, April 1st after the last runner is finished.
