Run 4 Beats 2025 is a 5K walk/run that benefits Life Choices Dyersburg. We start at Okenna Park and make our way around Dyersburg High School, turning right onto Parr Ave and then back to Okenna Park. Your race packet will have a map, and the trail will be marked along with "cheerleaders" along the way!
