Chattanooga Bar Foundation and Chattanooga Bar Association Third Annual Lawyers Have Heart 5K and 1 Mile Walk

Welcome to the Third Annual Chattanooga Bar Foundation and Chattanooga Bar Association Lawyers Have Heart 5K and 1 Mile walk event set for Saturday, December 14, 2024.

Grab the kids or dogs or both and join us for a fun morning run or walk. Christmas Costumes are welcomed and encouraged (but not required).  Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash and cleaned up after.

Online Registration will end December 12, 2024 @ 10:00PM. Race day registration (in person only) will be available on December 14 from 6:30AM – 8:00AM.

The 5K race will start at approximately 8:50 a.m. and the 1-mile walk will begin at 8:55 a.m.  The start and finish will be at Camp Jordan Campground Pavilion located in Camp Jordan Park.  Refreshments will be provided before and after the race.  Proceeds of this event will benefit the Chambliss Center for Children's ISAIAH 117 HOUSE mission which provides physical and emotional support for children awaiting foster care placement.  ISAIAH 117 is an initiative organized by the Chambliss Center for Children which is local non-profit organization.  You can learn more about this cause at https://isaiah117house.com

This 5K and 1-mile walk is open to the public and people of all ages are welcome.  Awards will be given to adults who place 1st, 2nd and 3rd for each gender, as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for children (up to 12 years old). And, since this event is during the holidays, there will be awards for the best Christmas costume. The event will go on, rain or shine (in rare chance of dangerous weather, we will email all participants if cancelled). We look forward to seeing you on December 14th.
