Tri Shark Challenge Youth Tri

Youth triathlon at Gulf Park Pool in Knoxville. 6-10 year olds (Tiger Sharks) will do a 100 yard swim/2.5 mile bike/.75 mile run, with 11-15 year olds (Hammerheads) doing a 100 yard swim/5 mile bike/1.25 mile run.  Race logo shirts and finisher medals to all participants. Award certificates to top 3 in each age group (6-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15).  AGE GROUP WILL BE DETERMINED BY AGE ON RACE DAY, not age on December 31.  USAT sanctioned event, so USAT membership is required, either by annual license ($15) or one day license ($10).

Note on race starting times:  Tiger Sharks (6-10) will start at 8:30am.  Hammerheads (11-15) will start immediately following the completion of the Tiger Sharks race, or ~9:15.

Day of race registration available for $40, with day of race registration and packet pickup starting at 7am at Gulf Park Pool.
