Polar Track Classic

This winter Outdoor Track meet is open to any and all athletes who are wanting a fitness indicator for February.

Registration will be available for athletes to enter 1 or 2 events, registration will be closing 2 days before posted event date in order to assign athletes to appropriate heats.  During check out, performance estimations will be requested of athletes to seed approximately based on this manual entry, PLEASE be accurate for what you anticipate you are capable of running in order to be placed in proper heat!  Heat sheets and event assignments will be sent out prior to race date.  Heats will be assigned according to seeding time and Gender.

** All Events will be single gender heats (No mixed genders).

Events will start at the following times on Friday Evening:

800m (Heats TBD)     6:00pm

1600m (Heat TBD)    6:20pm

400m (Heats TBD)     6:45pm

5K (Heats TBD)          7:15pm

This event will be taking place at Fort Southwest Point Park on the recently resurfaced mondo Track under the lights, No awards or giveaways- Just a great opportunity to run fast with others for a fitness measurement and for an official time!

***TRC, JUCO & Club student athletes should speak with Coach Bobby before registering for available race waiver.
