Trailblazer Creek Loop Race

In the woodlands behind Crafty Bastard Brewery - West and less than a mile from I-40, Pellissippi Parkway, and Kingston Pike, a trail was blazed. This path hugs a meandering creek, features multiple stream crossings, and while being simple to traverse, maintains the native biodiversity and topography of the land.

This Winterfest Night Time loop race has multiple objectives:

- Introduce the running community of Knoxville to the new trails
- Establish the tread of the trail to accommodate future use
- Encourage friendly competition, exercise, and camaraderie.
The loop is mixed trail and gravel, stretching over a (whopping) 0.75mi. Participants can compete solo or in teams of up to 4 with the goal of amassing the greatest number of loops in the 3-hour time limit. Race time 7pm-10pm Saturday December 10th, 2022

Included in the registration fee: Participants will receive an exclusive tulip beer glass emblazoned with the Trailblazer Creek logo filled with a pint of their choice, a post-race meal, and access to raffle prizes.

Competition prizes will be given to:

- Top individual male
- Top individual female
- Top team
In addition, set the FKT on the Trailblazer Creek Loop Strava segment and receive an incredibly special beer, two years in the making, of which only eight bottles were made.
