HERE IS NASHVILLE'S WHY:

 

This year, F3 Nashville is stepping up to fight back against human trafficking—right here in our own backyard.

What began in 2020 as a virtual 5K in St. Louis has grown into a national movement. Participants log miles however they choose—running, cycling, walking, rucking, swimming—you move, it counts.

Since then, thousands of men, women, and children—from ages 5 to 95—across 35+ states have joined in, determined to push back the darkness of child sex trafficking. Because this issue isn’t far away—it’s here. In Tennessee, trafficking has been reported in every single zip code.

This year, the fight is happening in and around Nashville. Join F3 Nashville as we rally our region to raise awareness and support the life-saving work of the Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (NAHT).

Every mile makes a statement. Every step moves someone toward freedom. Let’s do this—FOR the vulnerable, AGAINST the traffickers.

At the Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition (NAHT), our mission is to rescue, restore, and resource women and children trapped in human trafficking and addiction. We believe every life has God-given worth, value, and dignity.

We envision a movement of humble servants committed to confronting sexual exploitation and sharing God’s redemptive hope with all impacted by this injustice.

Through our Rescue, Restore, Recognize, and Resource model, we walk with survivors from crisis to healing—offering practical support and spiritual care every step of the way.

ABOUT F3 NASHVILLE

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men, designed to strengthen leadership and community. Founded in 2011, it has grown to 4,500+ workouts each week across all 50 states.

F3 Nashville launched in 2014 and now includes 80+ locations across Middle Tennessee—from Franklin to Murfreesboro to Columbia.

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith—defined as belief in something beyond oneself. The F3 Credo: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
