SPRING CLASSIC 5K & FUN RUN FUNDRAISER

Get ready to spring forward with Oak Ridge Civic Music Association at A.K. Bissell Park!  Enjoy spring classic(al) music while you run, walk, or stroll, and help support ORCMA's youth activities, including our Free Family Concert and Summer Strings Program. Costumes are welcome!

Course Description: Timed 5K course will consist of loops around Bissell Park walking track, Fun Run will be one loop, with bibs but not timed. Parking is at the Civic Center next to the park or at the Public Library. There are restrooms inside the Civic Center, portables outside. Advice is to arrive early since there is basketball league at the Rec Center as well as the Flea Market across the turnpike in the high school parking lot

Registration and Entry Fee: 5K - $30, Fun Run - $10, no bib transfers or refunds - no exceptions

Donations: Donations are welcome on this page, or at ORCMA's website www.orcma.org (scroll down and click the yellow Donate button, mention Spring Classic in the note)

Bib Pickup: Race morning, March 2, at Bissell Park, from 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM (until 8:15 AM for the Fun Run)

Giveaway/Swag: All participants will receive a custom race shirt (while supplies last) and swag bag, and there will be medals for top finishers. Shirt order will be placed on Feb 20 - inventory on RunSignUp will show remaining sizes after Feb 20

Refreshments: Enjoy pre and post race snacks and drinks, including coffee from Calamity's Coffee, hot cocoa, and donuts from Donut Palace!

Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the 1st Place Male/Female Overall, and the top 3 M/F in three age categories in the 5K (18-under, 19-39, 40+), as well as awards for best costume in the 5K and Fun Run, awards will be announced around 10:15 AM
