Description
The Pump & Run offers a unique twist to our race. Runners are able to reduce their time by lifting weight based on a percentage of their body weight and age. Runners are allowed to lift up to 30 reps, knocking 30 seconds off for each rep.
Start Time: RACE start time 9:00 am. Pump portion 7-8:45am
Awards- Medals will be awarded to the Top Overall male and female in the Pump & Run 5k, male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each age category. 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Bench Press Weight by Body Weight. Ages 11-99 years old--Men 75% of Body Weight. Women 50% of Body Weight
Online registration only.
Proceeds benefitting local charity in Cass County (TBD) and going towards new equipment.
Cost: $25 First 15 receives a free T-shirt!
