Aid Stations:
This race is going to be a little different this time around. We are taking several precautions to eliminate contact between volunteers and runners. We will have multiple tables set up at each aid station with bottles of water and sealed food spaced out so you can avoid touching anything you do not need. Each section will be cleaned before a new bottle is allowed in its place. We will have trash cans just past the aid stations and about 1/8 to 1/4 of a mile down the trail so that you can keep moving at the stations.
This is a rain or shine event!
