Are you ready to experience a taste of genuine Texas hospitality in a refreshingly small town atmosphere? Conroe, Texas, has a lively vibe and plenty of activities to keep you busy throughout the year.
Conroe is located in East Texas’ Piney Woods, an outdoor paradise and home to such treasures as the Sam Houston National Forest and W. Goodrich Jones State Forest. The dense forest region is popular with campers, bikers, hikers, bird watchers, horseback riders, and those who enjoy fishing. Lake Conroe, the area’s focal point, offers a multitude of activities, including boating and watercraft rentals, as well as the best bass fishing around.

We encourage and promote healthy lifestyles with today’s youth. Children can participate on a regular basis as we look forward to building a youth running movement across the state and nation. Kid’s are treated to a one mile course and receive a cool event participant shirt along with a finisher’s medal that is second to none. We have multiple junior programs participating and encourage the local running clubs to begin programs. Kid’s have a chance to win a $100 bill in a drawing prior to the run.
GET UP, GET OUT, GET MOVING is our motto for today’s youth.
