A few Miles for a Million Dreams!!! The first Dream Mile was organized by Vibha volunteers in Dallas, Bay Area and Atlanta in October 1998. The Dream Mile has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners in various cities across America. To date, The Dream Mile has raised more than $3M to support upwards of 180,000 children.

Vibha, remains steadfast in its mission; to enhance education quality and learning levels in government schools across India. The choice of government schools is deliberate as they promote equal opportunity by offering education to all children, regardless of their socioeconomic background. A government school system is integral to the economic stability and enhancement of a country. The Ministry of Education’s (Government of India) Samagra Shiksha scheme aims to ensure that all children have access to quality education, allowing for non-profits like Vibha to have meaningful and goal-centric partnerships with the government to support this endeavor.
