Running Etiquette
Please be aware of people who may be trying to pass you on the route. If you are coming up on somebody and you want to pass, please alert them to your presence and tell them which side you will pass them on. If you are running with music, please keep the volume low enough so you can hear runners coming up from behind you. Do not leave any trash or debris anyway on the event route or areas.

IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN ON RACE DAY YOU WILL NOT BE IN THE RESULTS.
